Trinity Farms: Organic & Convenient

I have said it before and I will say it again, I just can’t get enough of our local natural resources. Of course when I say that, I am referring to our local farmers. Lately it seems that everywhere I go everyone is looking for a new source for local products, organic vegetables, or any number of things that are available in our backyards. I am so jazzed over my visit to the TRINITY FARMS stand this week.

Fresh Momentum

I like to think that readers of PeeDeeFoodie.com, and all foodies for that matter, can have a unique and positive impact on our communities. For example, they encourage restaurateurs and chefs to apply for Fresh on the Menu (FotM) certification through the South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) Certified SC program.
