About the Podcast Panel

Pee Dee Foodie hosts the podcast and is the publisher of PeeDeeFoodie.com™ and the PeeDeeFoodScoop!™ newsletter, and organizer of the Eats! Club™ social dining group. He works in the healthcare field and resides in Florence, South Carolina.

Adam Silverman is a contributing blogger for our site, an experienced executive chef and owner of Coqui Catering of Florence along with his partner, Chef Chris Carpenter.  Coqui Catering hosts regular themed wine dinners locally and is a favorite of local foodies for events such as weddings, holiday parties and corporate gatherings.  Adam resides in Florence.

Garin Dickerson is our unofficial tech consultant. He works in the technology field and provides the consumer’s perspective to the podcast. He is not a blogger or food industry professional. Garin claims that he knows “nothing about food.”  We know better.  Garin resides in Florence.

Chris Carpenter is an experienced executive chef and owner of Coqui Catering of Florence, along with his partner, Chef Adam Silverman.  He is also chef at the New York Butcher Shoppe in Florence.  Chris resides in Florence.

Bryan Holt is the wine and beer buyer for the Pamplico location of Micky Finn’s.  He has been trained through ISG (International Sommelier Guild) courses at Horry Georgetown Technical College.  After successful completion of their first three courses he became the head wine buyer at the Five Points location in Columbia.  After a brief time Ben Arnold Beverage Company as a wine salesman for the Pee Dee Area, he returned to Micky Finn’s in the position he holds today.  Bryan resides in Florence.

Alan Cooke is a contributing blogger for our site, as well as a food blogger on his own website.  He is an entrepreneur and owner of Rebel Pie, a mobile brick oven pizza catering service, as well as a Master Baker.  Alan resides in Florence.
