Chef Adam Silverman

Chef Adam Silverman is an enthusiastic foodie and wine connoisseur.  He is also an experience chef and owner of Coqui Catering of Florence, South Carolina.  As one of the most talented and committed professionals we’ve met in the last several years, Adam toils over his menus and brings a level of creativity to them (and catering clients) that raises the bar for many. We know because we worked with him and his catering firm to promote Vine & Dine: A Celebration of the Sea earlier this year.
