Beth Gibbs

Beth Gibbs is, in her own words, “… just a girl who likes food.” She grew up trying every new restaurant that opened in town with her dad.  That was the origin of her “foodieness” but it has expanded as she and her continue the new restaurant tradition with their 3 girls.  She lives in Florence, but visits Columbia often.  She grew up there and loves trying different regions and nationalities of food.  One day she hope to be able to travel to the home of these cuisines and try them in their “natural setting”
