Host an Upcoming Local Event

We are always interested in speaking to local restaurant owners, venue owners, and chefs about the possibility of partnering for the hosting of an Eats! Club event. If you are interested in doing so, please contact us.

How We Can Work Together

Restaurant owners/chefs have full discretion to select the menu, as well as package price for the event. We encourage them to use local ingredients, where possible, and to venture off their traditional menus to make Eats! Club events unique experiences for Members. That is what draws people to join Eats! Club and that is what we earnestly seek to provide through these such collaborations.

Once the concept, menu, date, and price (if any) is agreed upon, PeeDeeFoodie.com will setup an EventBrite.com event page. In doing so, the mechanism to obtain tickets (free or otherwise) will be available to potential diners. An invitation to that event will then be sent to our Eats! Club group on Facebook. Currently, about 300 people are Members. Each receive notices of new events and are able to review details, as well as RSVP. Each can also share the event with family and friends, comment and ask questions. A link to the EventBrite.com event page is always included in the invitation. Apart from guests invited by the host restaurant or venue directly, tickets can only be obtained using that mechanism.

After Members purchase tickets, cancellation is only allowed up to 48 hours prior to the event. Otherwise Members are responsible for the costs associated with attendance, as is fair to the host restaurant or venue. We ask that Members always read and understand the details associated with each event.

Unless otherwise agreed-up in advance, package prices for each diner will include the complete dinner, tax and tip. Alcohol is separate and each diner’s own responsibility. It is important for restaurant owners/chefs to understand that currently PeeDeeFoodie.com does not receive any of the proceeds. Events are organized and promoted as a courtesy to Members and host restaurants.
