Join Eats! Club™

Become our Newest Member

Eats! Club is an informal group of foodies and friends who share an interest in attending periodic local events and dinners, as well as a love for our region and what makes it unique in South Carolina. Membership is FREE and provides occasional opportunities to enjoy great food and the time spent together. The Eats! Club is managed through a private Facebook Group and invitations are sent to that group first and preference is given to its members in attendance of our exclusive events. Click to Request Membership.

That said, don’t worry. We’re not stuffed-shirts or food snobs. At most, we expect to offer an introduction of your host and the chef/owner of the restaurant being visited that particular evening. The chef/owner will then have an opportunity to welcome diners, introduce the menu and answer any questions that you may have.

We welcome your suggestions by email for future events, themes and locations. All readers, listeners, and friends of PeeDeeFoodie.com are welcome to participate and open discussions in the Facebook group. Have a question, contact us.

Italian Christmas Dinner, 2012

Attend an Upcoming Local Event

Once announced, if you are reasonably sure you would like to attend, you will need to make a reservation and/or purchase tickets, if they are required. Some events are free and some require a payment, usually for a fixed price, multi-course menu offered exclusively for our Members. If, after you make your reservation, you need to cancel, you will be required to do so at least 48 hours prior to the event. Otherwise you will be responsible for and costs associated with attendance, as is fair to the restaurant hosting our dining group. Be sure to read and understand the details associated with each event.

Unless otherwise noted, package prices for each diner will include the complete dinner, tax and tip. Alcohol is separate and each diner’s own responsibility. We do not receive any of the proceeds. Events are organized and promoted as a courtesy to Members and host restaurants.

Restaurant owners/chefs have full discretion to select the menu, as well as pricing for the event. We encourage them to use local ingredients, where possible, and to venture off their traditional menus to make Eats! Club events unique experiences for Members.
