RULES OF ENTRY

You must be 18 to enter and 18 to win. You enter through commenting on the related contest announcement post on our blog, http://PeeDeeFoodie.com. No entries can be accepted past the deadline. Every contest clearly states when the contest is over. While you may be able to physically leave a comment on that post beyond the stated deadline, those entries will not be counted.

WINNER DETERMINATION

Unless otherwise noted in the contest post, winners will be through Rafflecopter.com or Random.org, depending upon the nature of the giveaway. Contributors to the blog, Sponsors of the blog, and the immediate family members of those individuals are not eligible.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

After each contest, there will be a separate post on PeeDeeFoodie.com announcing the winner(s), as well as email notification to the address provided (if any). Generally the winner(s) will be contacted within 24 hours of the contest’s conclusion. If we do not receive a response with a mailing address within twenty-four hours we will pick another winner.

IMPORTANT … READ THIS PART, TOO.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail, or that otherwise prove to be unsatisfactory to you. We are dependent on the merchants, vendors, or restaurants featured to follow through with giving you the prize. They are offering the prize, we are a simple conduit to get that prize to the determined winner. If issues with the prize arise, we will attempt to reconcile the matter on your behalf, but ultimately any concerns must be addressed directly with the merchant, vendor, or restaurant as the case may be.

Please understand that we generally do not receive compensation for doing contests. If we do, it will be clearly disclosed in the contest announcement post. Finally, please note that by participating in a contest and by visiting this website for any purpose, you are specifically agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
