In Episode 06, I’m talking with Tom Marschel, president of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, in his conference room. Tom is a fellow foodie, so we had a great time talking about the upcoming Fine Flavors of Florence event. The event, in its fourteenth year, serves as the chief fundraiser for the Chamber which is a non-profit corporation serving local businesses and the community at-large. As Tom is also an accomplished cook in his own right, we also found a way to talk about his experiences and recommendations, including a recipe or two.
